Return & Refund Policy
1. The of aim Lazy lad pty ltd business is to provide good products at the most reasonable price, and keeping the cost as low as reasonably possible to the business.
2. Almost all products will be managed at a size suitable for locker delivery. If our products are larger than the locker size we will use alternative methods
Our return policy,
All products can be returned within 7days of receipt. Provided that the customer pays for the return. The amount of R100 will be paid via eft for small orders and large orders will require a service fee to the value of the courier charges, provided to us.
The goods must be in a new condition in the original packaging.Customers will be credited with a voucher on the system for the same value of the item.
Procedure for exchange, return or refund.
1. The Customer must contact the administrator at info@lazylad.co.za, immediately(24hours) once receiving the item. Supply photos of the damaged product via email.
2. If the product is damaged before receiving it, please return to sender and the courier will bring it back to our offices for video inspection. The item or items will be replaced immediately, if the item or items are not available in stock then a refund will be processed.
3. Refunds are processed with the financial institution and takes up to 14days from the day of refund approval.
4. The administrator will email the customer with a refund email and stating the status of the refund and process of refund, or the customer can ask for a voucher which will be loaded within 48hrs against your profile.
5. Some products are for hygiene purposes and cannot be returned, eg underwears, face mask, drinking bottles, cups,toothbrush, bedding, linen, dental floss etc.
6. Artificial flowers and artifical grass, together with paintings and mirrors cannot be returned, unless received damaged, Refer to procedure for returns, exchange and refunds, point 1
