Delivery process.
 
Once an order has been approved and processed. Our system will send through a confirmation email to the listed email address.
 
Thereafter our valued team will start the pick and pack process, followed by a quality check, Duration 24 – 48hrs
 
Our courier service will collect the item and deliver to your required destination.
 
 Delivery duration is dependent on the location. 1-2 days for central areas and 1 – 5 working days for outer lying regions.A few out lying regions are delivered on specific days as per the courier routes.
 
During peak seasons Oct – Jan Our courier services will endeavor to deliver within the provided standard lead time agreement. However due to the nature of the season delays can be expected.
